See our Virtual Tour for more detail and video.

Notice the size of the trees. There are 9 mature trees on the property, including two very large crapemyrtles. Also notice that this house has it's own mailbox - no dealing with a community mailbox (and there is enough matching brick in the garage, to build a custom mailbox enclosure).

You could put a huge pool in this back yard and still have more back yard left, than the vast majority of the homes in Oakhurst have, without a pool. Also notice the shade that you don't get with a new home. See our Virtual Tour, for video of just how great a yard this is.

Tiled Front Entry. Note the use of 18" tiles that you may not find in other homes for sale. Also note the beveled glass front door.

As you can see, this large Dining Room will hold a very large table and includes chair rails and crown moulding.

Large bright, two-story Family Room, with wood-burning fireplace and display inset above fireplace.

Family Room, looking toward front door. The kitchen is on the right. The door that is visible, just to the right of the lighted table lamp, is the door to the garage.

Kitchen and Bar, viewed from Family Room. The Breakfast Nook is to the right, beyond the arch. Also notice the crown moulding in the kitchen. The finish work in this home for sale is impeccable.

Large Gourmet Kitchen with island and Breakfast Nook beyond. There is electricity on the island. There is also a lot of cabinet space, as shown in both this photo and the next. The stovetop is Electric, but the wall below is plumbed for gas. Also notice that the tile back-splash matches the floor tiles and that there are 3-way under-cabinet lights, under all cabinets. There is also a filtered drinking water dispenser at the sink.

Another view of this Gourmet Kitchen, taken from the breakfast nook. The Family Room and stairs are visible in the background, on the left. You can see the door to a very large pantry on the right, next to the oven and microwave. There is also a separately switched light directly over the sink (off in this photo).

Master Bedroom, with tray ceiling. Notice how bright this room can be, with the mini-blinds open. But if you want to sleep in, the mini-blinds are the room-darkening style, designed to block all outside light, when closed. You can also see the largely unobstructed view, beyond the fence, through the partially open blinds. There is no space between the windows, behind the curtain. Of course, there is more crown moulding.

Large Master Bedroom, looking into large Bath. The same 18" tile is in all bathrooms. This photo, combined with the next photo, will give you an idea of the size of the Master Bath.

The Master Bath, viewed partially in one mirror. Notice in the foreground, the lower sink and vanity, with an electrical outlet at the vanity and the taller sink on the opposite wall. The closest door is the linen closet and the second (open) door is the water closet. The door that is barely in the picture is the large walk-in closet. The corner of a nice sized shower stall is visible at the right, in the mirror.

Now this is a game room for serious entertainers. Notice that it comfortably holds a full-sized pool table, along with lots of other furniture. To give you an idea of the size of this room, this photo was taken from behind two large recliners (seen in the foreground). A large loveseat is out of sight, to the left and there is still plenty of room for that table. Very few homes for sale have a game room that compares to this.

The Front Door is what is called a 3/4 light door, meaning that the leaded/beveled glass portion is 3/4 the height of the door (the maximum recommended for an 8-foot door).

Notice the Golf Course across the street and the proximity to Oakhurst at Kingwood Community Club House and Pool. Also this home has SUPERIOR WATER PRESSURE, due to the proximity of the Water Pumps. Furthermore, the driveway opens onto a street that ends in a double cul-de-sac (light traffic). To learn more about why this home for sale is in such a great location, check out our Location Page.
